As you are all aware, the State has still not passed a budget and if they do not by December 31st, that means that both the EITC and OSTC funds will not be available for our school next year. This will be detrimental to John Paul II Center for Special Learning. Currently $300,000, or about one third of our scholarship funds, come from these two sources. Without them, we will be in rough shape next year. The PCC just released the following budget impasse impact article with an action alert.
