Join Our Team as a Paraprofessional!
We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to support students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a faith-based, inclusive school environment in Shillington, PA.
✨ What You’ll Do:
Support students with daily living skills & positive behavior strategies
Provide one-on-one or small group instruction
Encourage independence, social skills, and confidence
🧡 What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma (special ed experience a plus)
Patience, compassion, and a team mindset
Willingness to assist with mobility & personal care needs
Must pass background checks & clearances
📅 Schedule: Part-Time, School Year
