Educational Programs

At the John Paul II Center for Special Learning, we proudly offer seven life skills based classrooms designed to meet the diverse needs of students ages 3 to 21. Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) guide and inform the selection of instructional materials tailored to each student’s unique needs.

Our programs focus on developing functional math and reading skills using evidence-based tools such as Unique Learning System (ULS), Attainment materials, Simple solutions, Lakeshore Learning, Early Literacy/Reading Skills Builders (ELSB/ERSB), and more.

Additionally, students gain valuable daily living skills, including hygiene, routine building, money management, time awareness, and self-regulation, empowering them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives in a supportive, individualized learning environment.
