Where art and purpose meet

Since early 2014, the Secondary class started creating washer necklaces to sell at our annual Legacy Gala.  Not only have we continued creating these amazing little gems, but our Secondary Life Skills classroom has created a small non-profit venture called Pendants with Purpose.

After a short period of time, the Pendants with Purpose moniker was placed under the umbrella of Projects with Purpose as our product line began to expand.

Each item we offer is artfully crafted by our students, while all the profits from Projects with Purpose are used by the classrooms for community outings and field trips.  We also look to give back to others in the community.

Pendant Necklaces

This is where it all started! We originally featured just a few designs, but have since grown to include sports teams, colleges, dogs, faith, holiday, lifestyle, and custom designs. Each necklace is complete with a bead to match the design of the pendant.

Pendant Earrings

Our earrings were our first products that strayed from our original pendant formula. While they aren’t available with graphics, our earrings come in a variety of colors and combinations, with each set featuring a unique and somewhat themed adornments.

Scarf pins are a simple yet effective way to accent your outfit. They come in a variety of colors and designs.

Therapeutic Corn Bags

We created our Therapeutic Corn Bags to from all-natural ingredients, so you can battle your aches and pains in the most simple way possible. The bags are filled and sewn up by our students and come in a variety of designs! Each bag heats up in the microwave in about two minutes (depending on wattage).

Key chains were a natural next step after our necklaces. Again, we originally featured just a few designs, but have since grown to include sports teams, colleges, dogs, faith, holiday, lifestyle, and custom designs. Each necklace is complete with a bead to match the design of the pendant.

Note Cards

The idea for our Note Cards was the same: create a product featuring our students’ artwork. All packs come with envelopes so you can compose your message inside the card, place a stamp, and send the love!
